Nicola Golen is a Canadian forward from Toronto, Ontario, who plays for Ottawa Rapid FC in the Northern Super League. A dynamic attacking player, she joined the club in 2025 and quickly made an impact, scoring her first NSL goal during her rookie season before signing a contract extension through 2026.
Golen played her collegiate soccer at Harvard University, making 42 appearances for the Crimson between 2021 and 2024. Prior to turning professional, she competed in League1 Ontario with DeRo United FC and the North Toronto Nitros, while also developing through Royal York FC and the Nitros’ youth system. Internationally, she has been called into camps with Canada’s U17 and U20 national teams.
