Elise Bell is a Canadian defender from Toronto who plays for Ottawa Rapid FC in the Northern Super League. An athletic, versatile fullback capable of playing across the back line or out wide, she joined the Rapid in August 2026 following a breakout year in the Ontario soccer pyramid. She scored her first professional goal in her very first appearance, heading home a corner in a 5–1 result against Vancouver Rise FC at TD Place.

Bell arrives in Ottawa off the back of a whirlwind 2026 season, having been named MVP of the OPL Cup Final with Guelph United before helping Simcoe County Rovers FC upset Northern Super League side Montreal Roses FC in the W Canadian Championship. She built her foundation in League1 Ontario with the North Toronto Nitros, where she was named the league's Young Player of the Year, Defender of the Year, and a First Team All-Star in 2025, while also earning U Sports Second Team All-Canadian honours at the University of Guelph. Her rapid rise from the OPL to the professional ranks reflects both her versatility and her knack for delivering in big moments.
