What's the difference between RapidConnect membership and a Season Seat Membership? Season seats memberships are definitely the ultimate experience. You get guaranteed spots for all 13 home games, the same seat locations, first right of refusal for season seat holder event invites, guaranteed playoff access, and the lower price on seat category. Plus RapidConnect membership is included in all season seat packages, so season seats really do mean you get it all!

RapidConnect membership is for people who want to be part of the community and get many of those same perks, but aren't ready to commit to a full season yet. Think of it as your entry point - you get the scarf, member pricing, exclusive events, contests, and community access. If you love it (and we think you will), you can always upgrade to season seats for next year.

TLDR: season seats if you know you want the full experience, RapidConnect if you want to test the waters with most of the benefits but total flexibility.

What types of tickets do I receive a discount on with my membership? With the membership you receive a discount on single match, regular season and playoff tickets.

Do my kids need their own Rapid Connect membership? Each person needs their own membership to get the scarf and full benefits. But families often take advantage of the $10 or $5 discount on up to 6 additional tickets, share the bring-a-friend vouchers and attend together.

Is this worth it if I'm not a huge soccer fan yet? Honestly? Yes. Even if you only attend one match all season, you're already getting up to $55 in value ($45 scarf + $5 or $10 ticket savings) for your $50 membership. Plus you get community access, event invites, and chances to win experiences. It's the lowest-risk way to see if Rapid FC becomes part of your Ottawa story.

What happens if I can't make it to any games? That's totally fine. You still get your scarf, member pricing when you do want tickets, access to members-only events, the newsletter, merchandise discounts, exclusive behind-the-scenes content and entry into all our contests. The membership isn't about attendance pressure.

Can I cancel my Rapid Connect membership? Your membership is for one year and auto-renews. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime by contacting us. We don't do refunds on memberships, but we're happy to work with you if life throws you a curveball.
