Ottawa native Molly Hale is a versatile attacking player. She joined the club after earning recognition through the Canadian youth national team program and competing at some of the highest levels of youth soccer in the country.
Her development included time with Futuro Soccer Academy and Canada's National Development Centre, experiences that helped prepare her for both the professional and international stages.
In 2025, Hale helped Canada qualify for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, playing an important role during the Concacaf qualifying campaign. Known for her energy, creativity, and determination, she continues to build valuable experience with Ottawa Rapid FC while representing her hometown on the professional stage.
